The price displayed for products on the website represents the full price including GST but does not include delivery charges. Delivery charges are a separate cost that will be added to your order unless you pick up the order from our premises, in which case there are no delivery charges.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices on the website are reviewed when price changes are received from our suppliers and may also be subject to changes due to currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on our website at any time.
If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate but we make no guarantee that they are accurate. We may make changes to the products and to other content of the website at any time without notice. All depictions of products shown on the website are for illustration purposes only and may not be a complete or accurate representation of the product.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information received from the supplier, Wolf Racing Products may decline or cancel any order placed for a product at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
All products sold by Wolf Racing Products are subject only to the manufacturers’ warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty will not be honoured if there is a defect caused by customer mishandling, abuse or faulty installation of the product.
Wolf Racing Products does not offer an installation service for products that are purchased from Wolf Racing Products. Wolf Racing Products is able to assist with arranging Installation by a 3rd party. Wolf Racing Products is not liable for any work completed, performed or any damage as a result of the 3rd party installation. Any installation fees that may be determined at the time of inspection is the responsibility of the owner.
Some items may not be suitable or legal for road use and it up to the purchaser to check their local laws and regulations. Some items may also be detrimental to the reliability or use of your vehicle without specialised tuning or fitment. Any information provided on the Wolf Racing Products website is not warranted by Wolf Racing Products and is used at your own risk. Wolf Racing Products will not be held responsible for any breakages, injuries or death from the inability, incorrect fitment or misuse of any product featured on this website or purchased through the Wolf Racing Products store.
Refund & Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. For any special order items, no refund is available for change of mind.
We will not accept any returns without contacting our office first.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. Any Special order items are also excluded from this refund policy. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Wolf Racing Products will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Customer Service Policy
Wolf Racing Products is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
We will endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 24 - 48 hours. Some communication methods receive a quicker response. If you have an urgent enquiry, please call us to discuss.
All online orders will receive a confirmation email once the order is received. If you have not received this confirmation within 12 hours, please check your email address is correct and then contact us.
Should you be unhappy with the service you receive, please contact us on email@example.com providing your details and the product or service you are unhappy with. We will review all complaints and respond directly to you in line with our Customer Service Policy.
Wolf Racing Products has a Standard Shipping Policy which is applied to all purchases online. We deliver our products Australia wide using Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please and Australia Post. It is our decision which of these we will use. Should you wish to use another courier outside of these, please contact us and any cost incurred above what we would have incurred will be charged to you.
The cost for shipping is a standard price on all products purchased on the website and will be added at check out. Any order collected at our store will not incur this cost.
For any special order item, shipping is calculated and will be added to the order once confirmed by a staff member.
International shipping is available. Please contact us for pricing for international orders.
Standard delivery timeframes within Australia are between 1-10 business days.
This shipping policy is reviewed every 6 months and costs are subject to change without notice.
If Goods are being collected, please collect them within 10 days (Commercial customers) or 30 days (retail customers) after we inform you that they are ready for collection. If you do not, then unless you make arrangements with us for late collection, we will assume you have cancelled your order. This means we may re-sell the Goods and you may forfeit any deposit or payment you have made. We may need to verify your identity upon collection.
Special Orders, Clearance, Discontinued Items, Free products and Consumable Products
Wolf Racing Products do not accept the return or exchange if consumers
- simply changed their mind;
- no longer require due to changed personal circumstances;
- found the product cheaper somewhere else;
- the goods are damaged due to misuse; or
- already knew of a particular fault in a product or we advised you of a particular fault in a product prior to purchase.
