Refund & Returns Policy
Please choose carefully, we do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. Please contact us to discuss your options as we offer either an exhange or instore credit that can be used of other products within 90 days of original purchase date shown on your invoice. You will need to contact us within 7 days of the purchase date to start this process.
For any special order items or package deals, no refund or credit is available for change of mind or wrong decision.
All returns and cancelations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All returns must be in original package. Packaging that is damaged and in an "unsellable" condition will incur a further 15% repackaging fee.
We will not accept any returns without contacting our office first.
No Refund will be processed without the item/s being received and inspected by us.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been installed or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. Any Special order items are also excluded from this refund policy. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Wolf Racing Products will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
This retruns policy does not affect your warranty rights under NSW consumer law.
